Service Description
Resumaiz provides AI-powered resume rewriting, job application tools, interview coaching, and salary negotiation assistance. Our services use artificial intelligence and are intended to assist — not replace — your own judgment and effort in your job search.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- AI-generated content is a starting point. You should review and verify all output before use.
- You agree not to use our services for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent your qualifications.
- You must be 18 years or older to use paid features.
Payments and Refunds
- One-time payments are processed immediately and are non-refundable once the AI has generated your content.
- Monthly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your content, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Resumaiz does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, job offers, or salary increases. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Results vary based on individual circumstances, job market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Resumaiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
You own the content you create using Resumaiz. We claim no ownership over your resume or any outputs generated for you.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
